I mailmerge from excel to word and need a switch to display 9A123456 properly as it currrently returns, post merge, as 0. Your help would be appreciated. Where is the data stored? You're saying the data coming into Word displays as 0 instead of the alphanumeric string you show, above. What other kinds of values are in that column (field for other records)?
