Merge text file with heading

I would like to ask how to saelect heading file for the source. I have 2
files (text file of data and text file with heading) but I do not know how to
set up the heading for the source file. In Word97 it was easy but in Word
2003 I cannot find it. Could anyone help? Thanks a lot.

You need to use the old Mail Merge Helper interface. In the Word 2002/2003
section of my website there's a table of commands and where to find them.
