How do I get more than one page of labels using XP & Office 2003?

I have followed the method for obtaining labels for mass mailing but it
produces only one age of labels even where the original document had multiple
blank pages and there are sufficient data for 4 pages of labels.
I have not filtered any fields or records.

Maybe you are still seeing the mail merge main document -
there only the first page will be shown. Click on "Edit
individual letters" in step 6 of the mail merge wizard,
then you will see what will actually get printed. There
should be your four pages then.
