MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / November 2004The changes made to mail merge are RIDICULOUS and cumbersome!!!!!.
Mail Merge in Word used to be fairly straight-forward, but now (in 2003) it is non-intuitive, cumbersome, and frustrating. I train Word, and helping someone over the phone a moment ago was PAINFUL because of the changes made. Please put it back the way it was (especially since it wasn't broken). Thanks!
