MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / November 2004Replicate Labels
When doing the mail merge using labels in word 2003, or any document with a table in it. clicking the update all labels in step 4 does not update all labes. the first one or two labels and the last one or two labels are updated. does anyone have a KB article or support information for this problem. I have multiple users frustrated with this problem. I have multiple users frustrated with this problem. Are you saying that the labels in the middle are blank? That there is no <<Next Record>> field before the first Mergefield in each of them? What actually do you mean by "update"? Way round it of course is to select the mergefields for a cell in which they do appear, copy them to the clipboard and then paste them into each of the cells from which they are missing.
