I'm trying to insert a record into an existing Word merge data file, but the
program keeps adding it to  the end of the file.  Can I move the record to
get it where I want it without having to sort the entire file?  The key field
entries contain both alpha and numeric characters, and were typed in the
order I wanted them to print in my document.
