MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / November 2004mail merge missing
i have recently noticed that mail merge is missing from microsoft word 2000. as this is supposed to be a standard feature of word i am hoping that this is just a feature that you have to turn on. can anyone help?!!! Assuming you are seeing the complete menus, try Tools|Customize|Commands,select category All Commands, then find MailMerge or MailMergeHelper and drag it to a menu. It may not look quite the same as the standard option...
