I am merging from a dbf file that has a field were the dollar amount i
carried out 9 places because of sales taxes. Example $185.050000001
How can I make Word2003 change this to regular dollars and cents? T
round up to two places.
Also can you caculate in Word mail merge? Example: Balance field
credits field times sales tax?
Thank

I round by right clicking on the field, then toggling used the toggle field
code command. Then follow the instructions on
http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm
When you click update, you get the original field name back
