Word 2002 creating standard avery labels. Data was in .mdb format in "My Data
Sources". Fields were inserted using "More Items" since address block was not
what I wanted.
Data field names were: Title, FirstName, LastName, Address_Line_1,
Address_Line_2, City, State, Zip. Some typing added after Zip (i.e.
Confidential)
If second address line was blank, none of the fields after were printed.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?UnlNYXI=?=,
Strange. Can't recall having ever seen anything of the sort.
We've been seeing some problems, recently, with TABLET PCs. Do you have a Table
PC?
You say the information is missing when you print. How about when viewing the
data in the main merge document? Merging to a new document?
Did you press ENTER or SHIFT+Enter to make the new lines?
If you press Alt+F9 to show the field codes, do you see any field names besides
MergeField? (Fields are within { brackets }).

The information is missing when I preview the labels. And same for print
preview and printing. Nothing special about the PC - standard desktop used
only with Office.
I'm going to try moving the fields around in the database and remapping. I
also think I will copy the files to another computer and try the merge there.
If the same problem occurs it's the data? If not the same problem, it must be
something in the Word install (options, etc). Sound like a plan?

Yes...
Can you be more specific about what you mean by "remapping"? Are you trying to
use the AddressBlock?
