I am trying to mail merge records that have between 1 and 4 data lines for
each person.  I want each person to get only 1 mailing no matter how many
records they have.  I have exhausted my limited knowledge of the correct
expression to use.  Can anyone help with the correct expression?

Thanks!

See the "Multiple items per condition" item under the "Special merges"
section of fellow MVP Cindy Meister's website at

http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/MergFram.htm

Cindy references a Knowledge Base Article there that contains one method of
doing it.

Hope this helps,
