I am trying to send a mail merge file to several people but not everyone has
their Keystroke CTRL-M set to complete the merge. I don't want people going
through the wizard to finally merge the file, I just wanted them to be able
to hit CTRL-M. Is there any way to automatically set this or is this a manual
task?

(I have a feeling it is manual but wanted to ask the experts before giving
up completely.)

Thanks

If you're sending the mail merge file, you can store the keystroke in that file
(document or template). When you to into Tools/Customize/Keyboard, look for the
drop down list. Select the file you're going to send around from that list (you
have to be viewing the file).
