mail merge problem

I am trying to set up envelopes in word mail merge. Everything goes ok untill
i hit the "select recipients" window. I choose "Select from OUTLOOK
contacts", then i select the folder from Contacts list folder.And now it
starts....
A "data link propeties" appears asking foe SELECT OR ENTER DATABASE NAME.
wHAT DO YOU SELECT , WHAT DO YOU TYPE OR WHERe do you find those Clients. pst
files??? Help becouse this drives me crazy.

If you initiate the mailmerge from Outlook, you will have more control and
choices.
