I have a list of 300+ mailing labels.  I open word and go to Mail Merge and
go through all of that. Once I am finished, I only see one page of it.  I
can't figure out how to view the other ones and print them, too.  At the
bottom of the screen where it shows the page numbers it is at 1/1.  I'm
confused!

On your mail merge toolbar there is a button <<ABC>> that shows you what the
merged data will look like. Have you tried using this?

I see the address but only the first 30. it says that I only have one page
for the labels, and I know there would be more than just one page.  there is
over 300 addresses.

You must complete the merge either to the printer or to a new document. You
are viewing the merge document not the merged document.

The simplest way is to merge to a new document. Otherwise, you can use the
toolbar to scroll through the data viewing it on your screen as merged.
