I have an excel spreadsheet containing info which I want to merge into a
standard form letter. I can get it all working except for the telephone
numbers. These are displayed correctly in Excel in the 01234987654 format
used in the UK with the leading zero as required. I use a custom format in
excel to get these displayed correctly.
However when I mailmerge, the leading zero is removed ?
Any ideas how I can fix this ?
Regards
Tony

Use a formatting switch on the field -
