MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / December 2004mail merge using outlook
When I try to create mailing labels, I recieved the following error message.."SCHMAP.dll could not be loaded-check e-mail installation and reinstall MS word if required. How do I check e-mail installation ? How do I reinstall word? Neither is required. Either start the mail merge from Outlook, or ensure that SCHMAPI.DLL is in the windows\system32 folder.
