mail merge not recognizing Outlook files

In a Word mail merge it says, "unable to obtain list of tables from the data
source." The data source should be Outlook.

See if the information in this article is applicable. If not, try asking in an
OUTLOOK newsgroup. Be sure to mention the versions of Word and Outlook involved
in the problem.
