In using mail merge to print labels, the city, state and zip field won't print. Help, please. Which version of Word? What is the data source? How are you inserting the data? If ou are using an ADDRESSBLOCK field to insert the address, you will need to use the Match fields option to ensure that Word can find the corrct fields, or switch to using individual fields for street address, state, zip etc. Peter Jamieson > In using mail merge to print labels, the city, state and zip field won't > print.
