I need to mail merge a word table created by cut&paste from Excel into
Outlook as HTML so I can get the same formatting results as though I were
sending the merged word doc as an attacment.

I've seen some vague references to doing this but have now spent a couple of
days searching and flipping options and am getting no where.

When I merge my table into outlook, all the columnar formatting disappears
and makes the presentation and readability nil.

Suggestions?

What version of Word are you using?

If you want to send the document as an attachment, see the article "Mail
Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at
