I can't find "next" when doing a mail merge

I am following the mail merge wizard and can't get past step 1. It says to
click "next" to continue and I can't find next. I have tried arrows, enter
and tab since I could not find the word. Please help.

If you are using the merge task pane - 'next' is at the bottom of the task
pane window. However see
