Still coding labels.... :(
I have a label which has some text (not fields) that is written
automatically when doing the label propagation
(WordBasic.MailMergePropagateLabel), but I'd like that if there's no
information for the label, the text isn't written.
Hope the explanation isn't too confusing

Sounds like you are mixing up the process of creating a mailmerge main
document and having the merge execute.  At the point where you are
propogating the label, there is no data (information for the label).
