I have created an excell spreadsheet with 181 entries in
it.  When I look at the sheet on the mailmerge toolbar, it
sees all 181 entries....the problem is that when I merge,
I only get 172 labels?!?  No dups, what's with this?

thanks for your help!

Hi Judi,

Do you have a <<Next Record>> field in the first cell of the mailmerge main
document?  If so, delete it.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested.  Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps

1) Which version of Word are we dealing with
2) How many labels are on a sheet (IOW how many pages is mail
merge generating)
3) Can you identify any pattern to the records that are being
missed?
