Microsoft Works Data Base file convert to Microsoft Office fole

I have typed a mailing list into Microsoft Works in the data program . I Want
to move file or convert file to microsoft office.  Can this be done. When I
tried to open in M office it gave me an error and said something about script.

Use 'Save As' in the Works database application to save the table as dbf
format or comma delimited text either of which can be used by Word.

Thank You so much.  When I tried to save before there were no choices. But
today ther were and I saved trids and " It worked"  Thank You
