Is there any way of inserting spaces and carriage returns between fields
without coming out of the Insert Merge Field dialogue box
Doug Robbins - 24 Jan 2005 00:05 GMT
See the "Display list of merge fields in a non-modal dialog box" under the
"Mail merge in Word 2002/2003 section of fellow MVP Cindy Meister's website
at http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/MergFram.htm

Alternatively, just insert them all at one time and then, after dismissing
the dialog, go and insert spaces and carriage returns between them as
required.   That's not really such a bad way to do it, even if you have to
select then drag and drop a few of them.
