I have just linked my database with Word 2002. What I am
trying to do is to be able to write one letter and it
automtically put the individuals name, address, etc on
the letter. (So, I don't have to cut and paste.)  Well, I
was able to do that, and everything on the screen looks
fine.  The problem that I am having is that when I print,
my letterhead gets pushed together and the letters are
all on top of each other and it picks out letters in the
paragraph to distort.  It only does that to some of my
papers.  Some of the other papers print out just find.  I
have tried everything...I need to figure this out!!!
Thanks for your help.

I don't know what is going wrong, but are you using File|Print to print? If
so, you should be /merging/ to the printer, as it is a different operation
and may work differently in some respects. You can also merge to an output
document, then print that.
