I completely understand the process of merging and sending e-mails out of
Word, but ever since I switched from a dial-up modem to broadband, Word goes
through the whole process but merged e-mails are never sent. What is going
wrong?

If it worked when you were connecting to the internet via dial-up, I can't
imagine that it would be anything to do with Word that stops it working now
that you have a broadband connection.  More likely something to do with the
mail settings in your mail program.

Any idea what settings I would check on in Outlook 2000? Any guess would even
help!  Thanks.
