When I create mailing lables in word 2k3 from an excel spreadsheet i get
several duplicates throught  the document.  They seem to be random
duplications, since my datasource doesn't have any dupication.  What is even
more odd is i can take the same data source to my home PC running office 2k
and the mail merge runs fine. I have tried the merge on several of the PC's
in our office with the same result.  We have recentlly upgraded our PC's from
Windows 2k w/ office 2k to XP w/ office 2k3.  These mail merges ran fine
before the upgrade, hopefully someone has some suggestions...

Thanks in advance,

Michael

Check to make sure that there are no missing <<Next Record>> fields in the
mailmerge main document.  You need one before the first mailmerge field in
all labels EXCEPT the first label on the sheet.
