MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / February 2005missing records
When I check my list of records mid-way thru the process of merging a directory, it looks fine, but then when the merge is complete certain records are always missing. Do you have any <<Next Record>> fields in the main document? You do not need them anywhere with a catalog type mailmerge.
