I want to ask my customers to complete a quick satisfaction survey for every
incident closed.  On the closing email, is it possible to add voting buttons
as a default to every email which contrains the words 'incident closed'?  Is
there a better way of doing this?

You need to ask this in an Outlook newsgroup.

Please respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be
interested.   Questions sent directly to me will only be answered on a paid
consulting basis.

Hope this helps,
