Hi there,

i'm trying to send a word document to a several people usimg a merge to
email.
however all emails should be cc'd to someone else but the email merge dialog
doesn't allow me to select cc.
i tried putting the two addresses separated with a semi-colon (Netherlands)
in the two field but that's not working either. i'm using word XP (2002)

please advise

You can do it with a modification of the procedure in the article "Mail
Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/MergeWithAttachments.htm

The article shows you how to make use of the Outlook Object Model which is
what you will have to use to do what you want.

I did say a "modification" of the procedure.
