You could use a macrobutton field to activate one of the methods in the

Doug,
Thanks for the suggestion, but that won't work in my situation. I am going
to be converting this into a pdf eventually, and the macro button won't work
there. I am hoping that when I convert teh doc, the Word fields get
converted properly to the current content of the field.
Hope others may have suggestions.
