How can I insert a picture from a SQL server table in an MS Word document?

I want to include a photo (image field) from a SQL Server table linked to an
MS Access Database into my Word document. Howto?

You can't. Only way is if the picture is saved as a file to disk, and you have
the path/file name in the database. See the instructions on merging pictures
in the mail merge FAQ of my website for details on how that would work.
