Hi,

I am not sure this really a mailmerge issue, but here goes.

I want to display a form that has a series of options to the user.  In front
of each option there will be a check box.  So the end results looks like:

CheckBox "Option 1: ........"
CheckBox "Option 2: ........"
CheckBox "Option 3: ........"

The user will return the form to use with one or more of the checkboxes
checked.  The complication is that the set of options is not fixed.  One
user may see options 1 and 3 and another user Options 1 and 2. I don't want
to have a dangling checkbox, so I don't think I can have the checkbox in the
Word document using Wingdigs font.  Any suggestions?

Jerry

Assuming that you are using If...Then...Else fields to control which options
are provided to each used, just insert the Wingdings symbol inside that
field with the option description.
