I just combining names and addresses from two different files. I am fairly new to word and their mail merge. Linda And your question is? You may want to look at Graham Mayor's site. He has material on doing a merge from labels, I think. To perform your mailmerge, you will need to combine the two files. Just how you do that will depend on what type of files they are. Also, there must be some feature that links each name to an address. Need more information to provide more detailed advice.
