I am using Microsoft Word 2000.  I want to create a form letter. The Help
tells me to go into Tools, then choose Letters and Mailings, Mail Merge.  I
don't have those options available for some reason.  I have spent hours and
hours retyping letter addresses (erasing the old, typing the new, printing,
erasing, typing, etc..) and doing individual envelopes because I can't find
this Mail Merge option anywhere.

Help!!
Thanks,
Yvonne Thomas

Assuming you have Word configured to display full menus, - see
