HI,

If you require a more robust, automatic method with high volume throughputs,
I have a commercial package, OctoTools which has mail merge capabiility
along with it's automatic email and doc management functions.  If you'd like
additional info, give me a call or email and I can fill you in.  Thanks and
I hope this can help.  978 535-7676 (Boston, MA)
