I cannot delete an envelope that is appended to the beginning of my document.
It shows up as page 0.  There is a section break that I cannot delete.  Help

Why can't you delete it?  All you have to do is select the text in the
envelope and the Section Break and press delete.

I already deleted the text.  What I need to do is get rid of the envelope
itself.  I have already tried deleting the "section break" and it will not
delete which means every time I print my document I have to run a blank
envelope through the printer to get to the rest of my document..

What happens when you select the section break and press delete or put the
selection immediately after it and use backspace?
