Is there a way to take a mailmerge out of a document once you have it in. sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm new to office. Thanks in advance for any help Open the document, use Tools|Customize to enable the Mail Merge Toolbar, click the first icon, and selec the "Normal Word Document" option, save the document. Thanks in advance > for any help What version of Word are you using. When selecting the Main Document type, you can select Normal Word Document which may be what you are after.
