The format of values in the word document changed showing
many decimal points after I mail merge from excel
spreadsheet.  How do I maintain the format (two decimal
points only) in mail merge document?  Please help.

Hi Sid,

It's very helpful if you'd ALWAYS specify the version of
Word you use. Since you don't, I can't give you specific
information. But take a look at the Mail Merge FAQ on my
website. If you have Word 2002, start with that material,
otherwise, look under the "Formatting" topic.
