The format of values in the word document changed showing many decimal points after I mail merge from excel spreadsheet. How do I maintain the format (two decimal points only) in mail merge document? It's very helpful if you'd ALWAYS specify the version of Word you use. Since you don't, I can't give you specific information. But take a look at the Mail Merge FAQ on my website. If you have Word 2002, start with that material, otherwise, look under the "Formatting" topic.
