I'm doing a mail merge from Word to Outlook 2003 email.  All works fine
except that every single message I send (using the data file list of
recipients) I have to say "Yes" when told "Another program is attempting to
send email using your account.  Do you want to allow it."      I can only
send one message every 5 seconds and have to push yes everytime, which
removes the advantages of using mail merge.   Is there a soluton to this?

Thanks
