MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / March 2005How do I suppress Word prompt to okay each mail merge email I send
I have several hundred recipients I want to email. The mail merge works fine and the emails go through, but I am first prompted to allow Word access to Outlook fro some period of time, max 10 mins, but then I still have to click Yes on another dialog to confirm each email to be sent.
