Help Please

I am having a bit of difficulty in completing an order acknowledgement
from Word via Access

I not that profficient with MS Word so forgive if I am asking some
really basic questions.

I have managed to complete a merge to the Electronic Mail stage but then
get an Outlook warning  advising me that a program is trying to send an
email on my behalf for every record.
Can I programatically disable this warning for the full duration of the
merge ?

I have tried to create a Word macro to automate this procedure and store
it in Normal.dot using a keyboard shortcut of ctrl+Y

It partially works but halts at the Electonic Merge stage - so I think I
am doing something stupid.

I would be grateful for any assistance with this

Many thanks

Simon

Thank you - it's getting easier, any ideas why I would, apart from
stupidity, be still having a problem with automating my process and
closing word

Many thanks
