I need to save each mail merge record seperatly, can i do this? Hi, Not sure about doing it in Word, but OctoTools is desinged to do this. OctoTools is a commercial software product aimed at automated medium to high volume throughput processing and includes a mail merge capability (supporting RTF import as well).
