I am trying to do a mail merge on a contract that I need to pull currency
figures from Access database. However, when I try it leaves the any zeros to
the right of the decimal point off and will not pull the dollar sign. Such as
$1.50 merges as 1.5 and $0.20 appears as 0.2. I have tried it in access as
text and the same thing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use a date format switch - Use Alt-F9 to see the underlying fields in Word
and modify

{ MERGEFIELD mydate }

to, e.g.

{ MERGEFIELD mydate \#"$,0.00" }
