How do you keep the separator page from showing up when printing a mail merge
document?

What do you mean by the "separator page"?

when doing multiple letters, a blank pages is inserted separating the
letters.  If you do many letters on letterhead, you find yourself loading
more letterhead and removing letterhead and ultimately having to reload the
blank letterhead to finish the merge.
