When adding a greeting line there is an option that
allows you to choose a default greeting
1. sir or madam
2. to whom it may concern
3. none

How do I add a field to this?
I would like to add as a default: Human Resources
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Abbey,

You can use an IF field to check if the pertinent merge
field is "valid" (not empty?). Click the "Insert Word
field" on the mail merge toolbar and choose
If...Then...Else (or similar).
