When adding a greeting line there is an option that allows you to choose a default greeting 1. sir or madam 2. to whom it may concern 3. none How do I add a field to this? I would like to add as a default: Human Resources Any info would be greatly appreciated. Hi Abbey, You can use an IF field to check if the pertinent merge field is "valid" (not empty?).
