i am trying to creat a mail merge document in word.  My problem lies when I
complete the merge to send the document via an email.  I use incredimail as
my default.  what am I doing wrong?

Mailmerge works reasonably well with Outlook and partially with Outlook
Express (no HTML mail). In theory it should work, at least partially, with
any e-mail client that knows how to work with MAPI. However, I have had
difficulty getting it to work with Eudora which has an optional MAPI
interface, and that package has been around for quite a long time, so I do
not hold out much hope for others. If Incredimail has a MAPI interface (I
don't know, and it looks like I would actually have to download and install
the thing to find out), you may have some success. otherwise I do not think
you will be able to do this. It is worth checking to see if there is a MAPI
option within the program.
