I am trying to find out how to add a company name to the normal envelope
template so I dont have to type it in when I create a single envelope.

Copy and paste the following in a blank document and save it as an autotext
entry called AddressLayout

{<PR_GIVEN_NAME> <PR_SURNAME>
}{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
}{<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>}

or download the sample envelope templates from my web site and adapt those
to your requirements.
