Is it possible to place multiple email addresses in the to field? If not, can
you offer another solution or program that will allow me to do this?

You will have to use VBA to do that.

Take a look at how it is done in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with
Attachments" at

I didn't not read you initial post, but the answer is the same.  Check out
the online help for the Outlook Object model to get the necessary syntax
