I import a list of names from Access into the mailmerge tool in Word.  I have
over 120 labels to print and use four pages of labels.  However, Word tells
me that I only have one page and it makes it difficult to view the other
labels.  If I view them one by one, yes, but I know there has to be a better
way.  Also, when I do print, the printer shows that there are four pages.  I
have Windows XP and Office Suite 2003.  Thank you for any help you can
provide.

You have to complete the merge to a new document (or to the printer). The
merge document will always be one page.

You can go to a particular record to start your single viewing page on a
different label. However, the usual method is to actually do a merge to a
new document, which will have multiple pages.
