Merging Zip Code Errors - 06 May 2005 19:00 GMT
I followed your directions, but they do not work! I keep getting errors.
Please provide a DETAILED example of how to prevent the 0 from disappearing
when using 5 digit zip codes. I extract data into an Excel spreadsheet that
holds hundreds of zips - and they don't want to merge properly when I try to
do it.

As this is detached from the thread it refers to, it is difficult to
comment, but see http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm which
covers the problems in depth.
